Logging In
Follow these simple steps to access your BambooHR account and manage your HR-related tasks.
Step 1: Access the Login Page
Open your web browser and navigate to https://thenassauguardian.bamboohr.com.
You will be directed to the BambooHR login page for The Nassau Guardian.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
On the login page, enter your company email address and password."
Step 3: Password Setup (First-Time Users)
If this is your first time logging in, you will need to set up your password. You may have received an invitation email inviting you to the platform. If you have not received that, follow the steps below:
After entering your email address, click on the "Forgot Password?" link.
You will be prompted to enter your email address again. Enter your company email address and click "Reset Password."
Check your email inbox for a password reset email from BambooHR. Open the email and click on the provided link to set your new password.
Create a strong password following the guidelines provided and confirm the new password.
Once your password is set, return to the login page and enter your email address and new password.
Step 4: Logging In
Enter your email address and password in the respective fields on the login page.
Click the "Log In" button.
You will be directed to your BambooHR dashboard where you can manage your profile, submit time off requests, and access other HR features.

Step 5: Bookmark the Login Page on Your Personal Computer (Optional)
For easy access, you can bookmark the BambooHR login page in your browser:
On most browsers, you can do this by pressing
Ctrl + D(Windows) orCmd + D(Mac) and following the on-screen instructions.
